Background updating not working correctly so went to 2024 webinstall.  At the end of the install pops up the message "Lacerte Tax Setup was not able to install Background Updater"  That can't be good.  I don't want to have to do a webinstall every time I think there is a newer version.  How do I get this message to Lacerte tech guys?
