Hi @mbataxhorse. Try these steps and let me know if it works: 

1. With the Alert window open, select the list icon on the left hand side of the Notification window

2. Select the three dots on the right hand side to press "Select All" 

 3. To archive the selected notification, press the file icon to Archive the messages. 

4. Allow a minute to pass to see the banners removed.
