The process is in the answer I gave:

If you are not seeing this and you are not offered an update, then close the program and

Press the  Windows key

Type "2024 Lacerte Web Setup" and click what shows up to run. That will do a new install with the latest update

NOTE:  This for tax year 2024,  if you are not seeing updates in other years, replace 2024 with the year that is not updating. Alternatively use Tool Hub to INSTALL the year you need.
