We found out you have to run the Lacerte tool hub fix...once we did that our program now works and we have all of the forms and can check for regular updates. How you run the tool hub fix will determine how your Lacerte is setup, whether it is a network or desktop version...our IT guys was able to figure it out. Anyhow...that fixed the problem for us.
