I have been having issues updating 2023 Lacerte for about a month. I have called Intuit multiple times and the answer is always go to tool hub and do WebSetup which I have done now 7 plus times.  I have walked multiple tech people through the update so they can see the freeze and I have a case number but today when I called it did no good, I was on hold for 35 minutes and no resolve.  When I called last week one of the people I talked with said it was a known issue and the next person I talked with said they had not heard of it, auugghh.  Has anyone had this issue or know if this issue is going on?  Thanks
