For Lacerte individual 1040 tax module, go to Screen 7: 2025 Estimates (1040-ES).

On the very top, in the section General Information, on the field Apply overpayment to 2025, click the pull down menu for options to choose from or type the dollar amount to apply to 2025.

For Lacerte corporate 1120 tax module, go to screen 10: Estimated Taxes

On the left column, under Sections, click 2025 Estimated Tax

On the field Credit to 2025, click the pull down menu for options to choose from or type the dollar amount to apply to 2025.
