I agree 100%, as this is a major issue considering that it's not always the primary tax payer who handles the web portal.  In addition, Intuit allows the spouse to use her e-mail for the account, which then forces us to change the e-mail address before sending the organizer.   Yes, we push back on the client, but having the ability to choose which person gets the tax organizer should be the standard.
