Trying to update firm info and when I go to manage EFIN the credentials are missing
I'm not certain, but you might not be able to DIY this, you might need to call support.
I am assuming you are doing an initial setup with Lacerte and need to get your EFIN verified and registered. This article should have what you need. Each line in blue there opens to more information.
