Is anyone else experiencing repeated issues with the Lacerte 2024 application (and potentially 2023)? I’m having trouble running the application and logging in. Intuit repeatedly tells me that my internet is down (it’s not). I try again, and the same issue persists, but on the third attempt, it usually works. Is there an outage? If so, shouldn’t Intuit notify users?

Additionally, I’m now being told I have no role for software use, which is surprising since I am the firm Admin. Thanks.
