I spent some very small amount of time looking at it a bunch of years ago.  Then in TY 2015 Lacerte encrypted the database files used by the program, and for TY2018 created the ODBC connection to enable users to see & change the data tables and tax detail.

Sadly, the Appointment information is stored in its own table, which is NOT laid bare with an ODBC linkage.
