You can see all of your posts by clicking on your avatar, top right. Your name, any posting, also is a link. Are you set as Subscribe to your own posts, with Notify Me When Someone Replies? Because you are not asking customer service. You are posting topics on the internet.

And now you have three for the same topic. And the volunteers are going to not see if someone already gave an answer, or asked you a question on one of the other topics you started on the same issue. If you really want help with a question, it helps to keep it all in one place.
