A few people in our firm have this happening with Lacerte. Just started yesterday, and they require 2FA each time they log in. Sort of strange that it is not affecting every work station.

Just today yes, to open current year and prior years. Annoying but I'm hopeful it'll get cleared out soon.

Yes they have to do this because there may be a terrorist or a hacker or a criminal lurking in your office. Check behind your filing cabinets to see if he squeezed in there and is hiding.

We are having this same issue with Lacerte and across all Intuit platforms but only for certain accounts. They have also removed the ability to get a code via email. I called Lacerte and they were less than help and just indicated that there was nothing they could do. If it applied to everyone, I could understand that. However, when only certain accounts are impacted, how can that not be an issue with Intuit? It is super annoying.

YES! Make it stop. We've had users who are being prompted to log back in WHILE they are using the program and then have to wait for the stupid text - which sometimes takes over 5 minutes to hit their phone. This is so annoying.
