Is anyone else having issues not being able to login to Lacerte and QBO due to no users on proconnect account? This has been an issue since August 30th! Called multiple times a day, keep getting the run around. Finally told today this is not just affecting me, and no timeline for restoration.

9/16 deadline for extensions is coming up. Does anyone know who we can contact about seeing if Intuit plans on paying penalties and interest for late fees?
