I have a consolidated group (AZ parent with 1 CA subsidiary and 1 CO subsidiary).  AZ consolidated return for FED was accepted but AZ consolidated return was rejected because AZ Form 122 was not included.  How do I generate AZ Form 122?  I don't know what else to input in Screen 45 AZ Miscellaneous.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
