As of this last tax season, we've ran into problems with Lacerte our documents not having bookmarks when we import our source documents. The imported PDF file in DMS in the past had bookmarks, but when we upgraded to to Lacerte 23the bookmarks are either completely missing or jumbled out of order. I was told by someone internally at Intuit Lacerte that this is a system wide issue and all clients are experiencing this issue. Is this true for everyone else or has anyone came across this and been able to resolve this? I've gone through the steps from this KB article (https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/print-file/bookmarks-showing-printing-pdf/....) but still running into the same issue.
