Finished a tax return this morning, ran the update and turned off the computer. Came back from lunch, booted up and cannot view the Details screens. I can view Forms and Diagnostics just fine. Getting an error that Lacerte cannot load the screen.

1) reboot
2) if #1 doesn't work, do a WebSetUp & force install even if it says the program is up-to-date.
3) Report back if those don't help....you may need to make that dreaded call to Support in the morning.
