Same problem! I submitted the issue to Lacerte last week, and their response did not fix the issue.  I tried calling and talking to someone as well, and their suggestion was override the due date of the return to match the payment date, which doesn't seem accurate.  I saw another person posted this same question two weeks ago and the reply was that this was fixed with an update.  I don't have any pending updates to apply.
