Yeah it's late in the year to be handling this. We have a staff spend five minutes on each client in December and January and push the Intuit Link out. 

We customize the organizer request based on kids, self employed etc as well.

Spending that time then instead of having the preparers spend it in busy season it absolutely worth it for our firm.
