Anyone know how to get the New Mexico RPD-41359 to generate? 

For the life of me I can't get it to generate!

Screen 7 has a checkbox for this (which I checked) .  The entity lost money and no tax was withheld or paid.  However I would like to provide this tax document to each member of the LLC so as to report there pro-rata share of the loss (example form RPD-41359 is attached).
