i need help

a new client with a relatively large return came from ultra tax WEB BASED  program.

Lacetre's conversion instructions discusses how to back up from Ultra tax. No problem there. 

The next step is to

11.1 Find the file CltList.WT9, right-click on it and choose Copy.
11.2 Browse to the C:\ConversionData folder, right-click in an empty space and choose Paste.

however, there is no folder to navigate to when the preparer uses the web based software. The CSI installation folder does not exist. 

hours with Lacerte Tech... produced no help.

its a large tax return , with multi-states.  

Is there no way to convert  from ultra tax online ?
