The IRS rep wants to start a payment plan for my client right away and suggested faxing the 2022 tax return to him.  But I'm not certain that the tax returns will be marked as received in time for the 11/16 deadline. I have more confidence in e-filing.

 

Also, the client's 2020 was done using TT but were not filed as the client didn't provide TT with the Identify Theft Pin. TT never notified client about the failure to file.
