I've made my professional decision on Federal taxability for my clients.  In cases of uncertainty, I decide in favor of my clients.  I believe I have reasonable cause, and I'm not about to wait months for an IRS ruling that should have been done months ago.

Now I need to implement my path.

And I'm not sure the software will allow it.
