I am so sick of waiting for the CA FTB to get their act together and get us the forms timely.  Tax season is short enough as it is, why do they make us wait so long to get started?  Why aren't they working day and night to get these ready for tax season?  When will these forms be available?  No one knows...

I have a pile of returns I could complete, except for the CA forms.

Any ideas?
