DO you realize we are just volunteers, taking time late in March when we are working long, long hours to help out our peer users of the software?

Now you have me entirely confused.  I am a very long term Lacerte user and it is extremely rare that I have sought assistance.  I have no idea of protocols with this......this has made it an uncomfortable experience for me and I will not bother you guys again.
