Hello All:
I received the following error which I cannot figure out on two returns. These are not new trusts, we have filed both for the past 10+ years using the same EIN/Name Control, which I verified. Federal rejected but state was accepted. Called IRS numerous times this week but cannot get through.
Any advice on how to correct? Is there any sort of "metadata" that may be causing this issue? Is there a way to follow or fix that file path listed?
All advice appreciated.

Form: 0(00)
Field: *****2790(/efile:Return/efile:ReturnHeader/efile:Filer/efile:EIN)

Resolution: Reject R0000-901 is common the first time a filing/extension is electronically filed for an entity. The name control in the e-File filing (typically the first four characters of the legal name of the business entity) must match the name control in the IRS records for the entity.
