Hi,

I have a new problem when I restore a client into Lacerte. Once the old file is replaced with the new updated version, the Client Status "Documents Received" date is changed to the restored date and initials are cleared.  Has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve this?  I rely on status dates and I place different codes in the initials field for how I received the client info.
