A good trick for finding things when you know where it goes. In this case go to Forms > view the bottom of page 3, line 29 and RIGHT CLICK on the box for YES (or in other things, same thing but RIGHT CLICK on the line you want something to go on) then select "Jump to Input" If you don't see what you want RIGHT AWAY, click the space bar and a cursor will show you by placing a check mark there.
