1)Try WebSetUp & force even if it says you are up to date.

2)Uninstall the program & then re-install.  Your data should be fine, but if you don't have a current back-up I would copy (file explorer-use cut/past) each modules data to a flash drive. (idata, pdata, etc)

3)Download the Lacerte Tool Hub and run thru it's options.
