I have used esignature for years.  The first four or five I did for 2021 were just fine but now it appears the 114-fBar is coming up as a default form and I have to remember to remove it each time before sending for esignatures.  Anyone know why?  It started happening with the latest LaCerte release on Tuesday, I think.
