I use and love SmartVault. Lacerte prints directly to it.
If you're a Right Networks hosted Lacerte customer, make a habit of signing into SV first. Otherwise if you go print a return to SV, it won't go to SV.
Use the tech support help guides in SV, they help resolve a lot of issues. The biggest tech tip to know with SV is how to clear your cache. That solves easily 80% or more of SV's glitches.
