My Lacerte 2020 won't start from the desktop. When I double click the program the blue tornado will spin for about 15 seconds but nothing happens. Can someone give me a fix? Thanks

I used the Force to reinstall the software. When I run from the desktop icon, the login screen flashes briefly and then disappears.

I have tried every on of the option in the repair tool and the program still doesn't start up. I seem to recall a similar problem I had with a previous version that was fixed by deleting one of the INI files but I can't seem to find any information on it anywhere.
