Do you have any relevant diagnostics? For instance, "you have sales transactions not in the current year"?

Accidently entered  *100/1 *  or checked the box for delete this year?

I just figured it out---I had multiple loss transactions from one broker---Gain loss on Dispositons and Section 1256 gain loss reported on the same line so only the Section 1256 loss on Form 6781.  I had to separate this broker's reporting into two lines in the Dispositions entry
