I have 5 rental properties on a 1065 return.  Entered all the information.  No errors.   Added the interest income from an installment sale.  No errors.  Entered $175 as current year principal payments on a prior year installment sale (dispositions tab) and this message generates.  And of course I can't e-file with this error message.  I remove the $175 and the error goes away.  It also generates an extra empty column as the first column on my 8825.  Which if I remove the $175 principal payment, then this extra column goes away too!!
