Hello, under the transactions/statements tab in my account it states conversion in progress and for and unknown reason my 2020 REP lacerte won't load (the 2019 REP program loads fine).  The conversion in progress might not have anything to do with 2020 lacerte not loading.  I just made a payment on my account and it is shown as "active".
