I e-filed a 2019 1040-SR with an 8275 last year and had no issues e-filing, not even an info diagnostic.  It is designed to be e-filed.

Make note of what your critical diagnostic is this time around and do a search for that.  There's likely going to be a knowledge base article or prior forum post that will tell you how to clear it.
