I can't find any other way to contact Lacerte with a suggestion other than calling them, so I'm posting it here. 

Is there some way Lacerte can stop labeling every single alert as "Critical"?  This is driving me crazy. Alerts used to be divided between "Informational" and "Critical," where Critical generally meant an upcoming deadline or a required update.  Surely they can correct this. Or is there a way I can do something within the software?
