Corporation from New York  did not business in 2020, no employees, only rented an office. No payment of wages, no sales, just payment of rent. To file electronically I was told by Lacerte that I need the State ID Number starting with 19 or 20. There are plans to start business in 2021 but so far no activity. What would be your recommendation,
