I cannot speak to what your exact issue may be, but I've found that the following steps often fix my problems:

  • Download and update the mosst current version of Lacerte
  • Restart your PC
  • Reopen Lacerte and see if that fixes it

If this doesn't help, you may need to contact Lacerte.  My eSignatures are working correctly at the moment, so yours should be, too.
