This diagnostic is generating and it is for :  " Excludable dividend items, such as nominee distributions, are not allowed for Arkansas e-file. This return must be filed as a conventional paper return."(ref. #3161)

However, there are no figures entered in any section on Interest, Dividends OR Estate area to force this to populate.  This is getting beyond crazy with random error critical diagnostics.
