how come 2019 earned income from schedule c is not transfering data for the 2020 earned income calculation. only w2 income is transfering

how come 2019 earned income from schedule c is not transfering data for the 2020 earned income calculation. only w2 income is transferring to 2020 for this calculation!! Is it a program error!!
