I have discovered that Lacerte has entered my EFIN number incorrectly in their system. I have requested that they fix this but it has not been done as of now. I told them about a week ago. Any suggestions on how to escalate this so that I can get this resolved?

Have you updated your prep file? Settings > Update Preparer Information > Download and install for 2020 to verify it is updated, then do the same for each year.
If it is not, CALL, CALL, CALL, YELL
