My goal is to send in a partial payment of CA tax due with tax return (via electronic withdrawal).  Client cannot make full payment of balance due.

I was able to override "full payment of balance due" for Federal tax due (Screen 3 Misc 1040 payment) but I could not find something similar for form 540...
