Why does it keep telling me that I need to verify that my PTIN has not changed from prior year when I have selected YES to the PTIN verification option?

Where does it keep telling you on the 1040 main form or each time you are entering form. Call proseries help desk and they should be bale to fix it on their end oif the system keeps asking you over and over again
