Anyone have the following message when your Lacerte was installed on a network?
BeforeInitialize: = Error initializing config.
Could not create directory structure D:\SHAREDDATA\LACERTE\20TAX\IDATA\
I was transferred twice when I finally go through to support and then my call was dropped. I am wondering if someone has encountered support problems also.

Yes, on the server itself it is there on D:, but shared as the L: drive.
IT reports that the tool did not work.
This message is received when opening the software on the worker desktop.
Going to uninstall from the network and reinstall.

I guess I was lucky when I called Monday morning. I got really thorough support on first try. Ask for system error support

Thank you all.
My support call back was successful, a high level agent called back due to heavy call load that day.
There was a corrupt configuration file that when the "OPTION20" file was renamed was able to locate the mapped drive when opening Lacerte.
