I just watched the video Lacerte released about some changes.   

   they mentioned the final regs came out for 199A and some adjustments need to be made.  They failed to mention about the Safe Harbor Election for Rental Real Estate.   This is very important information!  Did they not read all 200 plus pages of the Regs?
