As Susan says.  But if you must, you can attempt to run it in dual boot using Boot Camp (although Apple has announced they will no longer support that on the new ARM-based computers).  The other way is to run it in a Windows client using VirtualBox within Mac OS.

I haven't tried running Lacerte using either method on a Mac but I have been running Lacerte in VirtualBox on Linux for a couple months and it works without a glitch.  YMMV.
