I have never heard a complaint of too large a font. Microsoft Windows 10 settings for Display scale and layout can be found in Start > Settings > System > Display

Beware. Just because Microsoft "recommends" a Display setting does NOT mean it will work well with Lacerte or other applications for that matter. Going down the Display Settings rabbit-hole is a slippery slope potentially causing more harm than good

Pre Windows 10 there were numerous other options to manipulate appearance of items across Windows. If that still exists hidden in Control Panel or by Registry hack I have yet to find it.
