I would just start with the GIVEN > Look in left column for CA Est e-file Status > Accepted. 

Also go to Settings > Options > Items to display > State Information > State Estim 1st Qtr > add  with the > and repeat for the next two  (Maybe just select 4th, since CA skips one)
