I am trying to carry back an NOL from 2019. I can absorb it all in 2018 but the new rules imply that I have to go back 5 yrs and work forward until the NOL is used. When I try to enter the NOL in either 2014 or 2015, there is a message saying I can't enter an NOL year later then 2018. My software says that I am on the current version  for both years.

What year do I start with for a 2019 NOL? 2014 or 2015?

In addition, before learning of the new regs, I was able to absorb the enter NOL in 2018. However, lines 10 - 15 do not print on the Form 1045.
