One of the goals was to build a stronger connection between tax professionals/customers and the teams who build our flagship products, ProConnect Tax Online, Lacerte and ProSeries. Along with Gregg Gamble, Kylie Taitano and Robbie Randall, we taught classes on “Top Timesaving Tips for Lacerte and ProSeries,” “Pay by Refund,” “Firm of the Future,” and “Safeguarding Data & Identify Theft Prevention.” Jason Tritle, Robbie Randall, Tiffany Randall and Ron Levi helped existing customers with Intuit’s professional tax products and exposed prospective customers to Intuit’s software solutions. Our customers were able to get valuable one-on-one time with tax developers and provide important feedback about the income tax software. Overall, the effort was well attended and very successful with customers and developers sharing important insights. The speakers received excellent survey results and voice of customer. Similar efforts will be launched at the CSEA trade show in Reno, Nev., on May 31 – June 3 and other trade shows in the future.
